These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnagLead's AI-powered booking assistant service ("Service"), operated by SnagLead ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SnagLead provides an AI-powered SMS and web chat booking assistant that captures leads and schedules appointments for small businesses. The Service responds to inbound customer inquiries, collects booking information, and creates calendar appointments on behalf of our business clients.

2. SMS Program Terms

By texting a SnagLead-powered business number, you agree to the following SMS program terms:

• Program name: SnagLead AI Booking Assistant
• Message frequency: Varies per conversation, typically 3–10 messages per booking interaction
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you initiate a new conversation
• To get help: Reply HELP to any message or email hello@snaglead.co
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most US carriers

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the messaging system
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the AI system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform

4. For Business Clients

If you are a business using SnagLead to power your customer communications, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful appointment booking and lead capture purposes
• Ensure your customers are aware they may receive automated SMS responses
• Maintain accurate business information, availability, and calendar access
• Pay all fees as agreed in your service agreement with SnagLead
• Not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we train our AI to be accurate and helpful, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Appointment details should be confirmed directly with the business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnagLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SnagLead harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Business clients may cancel their service with 30 days written notice to hello@snaglead.co. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.
