• Service preferences and appointment details you provide during the conversation
• The content of your SMS or web chat messages

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your service inquiries and booking requests
• Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of the business you contacted
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI assistant

3. SMS Messaging

By texting a SnagLead-powered business number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies related to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your conversation — typically 3 to 10 messages per booking interaction.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and will not receive further messages unless you initiate a new conversation.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only with:

• The specific business you contacted, to fulfill your appointment request
• Calendar and scheduling platforms (such as Cal.com) to create your booking
• SMS delivery providers (such as Twilio) to send and receive messages
• AI processing services (such as Anthropic) to generate responses — no personally identifiable information is stored by these providers beyond the processing of your message

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 90 days to support appointment follow-up and service continuity. After 90 days, conversation logs are deleted. Appointment records are retained as long as your business relationship with the service provider continues.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
• Contact us with questions or concerns about your data

8. Children's Privacy
